The project centers on tailoring our existing ERP so the HR, Inventory, and Finance modules align perfectly with the way we work.

HR module
– Extend the employee onboarding process, wire it tightly into payroll, and add a performance-management layer that draws data seamlessly from both HR and Finance.

Inventory module
– Refine stock management rules, automate order processing from purchase request to receipt, and give supplier management its own dashboard with real-time KPIs.

Finance module
– Adjust charts of accounts, cost-center allocations, and approval flows so they speak fluently to the custom HR and Inventory logic above.

Across all three areas you will:
• Write clean server-side scripts and front-end tweaks that slot into the current ERP framework.
• Expose or consume REST/JSON APIs where integration with third-party services is needed.
• Build automated workflows that eliminate manual hand-offs.
• Produce flexible reporting templates the team can edit without code.
• Test every scenario, squash regressions, and document configuration choices, code changes, and deployment steps in clear English.

Deliverables (acceptance criteria)
1. Updated HR, Inventory, and Finance modules running in our staging environment with all enhancements enabled.
2. Source-controlled scripts, API connectors, and workflow definitions.
3. Test log proving core use-cases pass and no existing function is broken.
4. A concise technical handbook covering setup, maintenance, and rollback.

The current instance is live, so careful version control, rollback planning, and clear communication are essential throughout the engagement.
