Microsoft Copilot, AI Automation & ERP Specialist Needed

To augment our AI Solutions/Digital Transformation team, we are seeking an experienced individual with a background in Microsoft Copilot, AI Automation, and ERP Integration.

Working with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and enterprise connectors, you will assist in the design and implementation of AI-powered business solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to securely integrate AI agents with ERP and other business systems.

The tasks at hand:

Use Microsoft Copilot Studio to create and release AI agents.
Create automated processes with the help of Power BI and Azure Logic Apps.
Consolidate your accounting, ERP, CRM, and enterprise applications with Copilot.
Manage accounts in QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, Business Central, Dynamics 365, and Epicor
Connectors, web services, Microsoft Graph, and REST APIs can be used to build integrations.
Integrate AI solutions with products like Dataverse, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
Convert company needs into workable technological solutions
Create AI and automation proofs of concept and prototypes.
Evaluate and enhance AI systems, processes, and connections.
Facilitate rollout, doc creation, and user uptake

Our search criteria:

Practical knowledge of Power Platform, Power Automate, and Microsoft Copilot Studio
Familiarity with application programming interfaces, linkages, and automated processes
Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft 365
Familiarity with authentication, online services, JSON, and REST APIs
Proficient in analysis and addressing problems
Competence in interacting with commercial and technical groups

Very desirable:
Proficient in SAP, SQL, PowerShell, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, PowerShell, and/or Microsoft Power Platform; moreover, certified in Azure, Dynamics 365, or Copilot.
