Enter Text From Printed Forms

I have a batch of printed forms that need to be converted into digital text with a high level of accuracy. All information is strictly text-based—no numerical tables, calculations, or image tagging—so the task is straightforward data entry from paper to screen. I will scan each form and send you the PDFs; your job is to key every field into the template I provide (Excel or Google Sheet, whichever you prefer), preserving the exact spelling, capitalization, and line breaks found on the originals.

Because these are standardized forms, consistency matters: each field must land in the same column across every record. I’ll spot-check entries for accuracy, so please proofread as you go. I’m happy to answer questions about illegible handwriting or partially faded text; just flag those rows so we can confirm together.

Deliverables
• A fully populated spreadsheet with one row per form
• A short note highlighting any unclear or missing sections you encountered

Once the file passes a quick random sample review at 100 % accuracy, the job is complete and I’ll release payment immediately. If you enjoy meticulous text entry and can deliver within the agreed timeline, this should be a smooth, quick project for you.
