PDF Text to Excel

I have a collection of text-based PDF files that need to be transferred accurately into clearly structured Excel spreadsheets. The task is straightforward data entry, but accuracy matters: every word, number, and line break from the original PDFs must appear in the correct column or row of the final sheet so the information remains fully searchable and sortable.

All source files are standard, machine-readable PDFs—no handwriting or image extraction—so you are free to use your preferred combination of manual typing, copy-paste, or OCR tools such as Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY FineReader, or any Excel-compatible data capture software. What counts is a clean, error-free spreadsheet at the end.

Deliverable:
• One Excel workbook (or multiple sheets, if that proves cleaner) mirroring the full content and basic layout of the provided PDFs.

I’ll supply the PDFs immediately after the contract is awarded and will be available to answer questions quickly so you can keep momentum. Once the spreadsheet is finished I’ll review it for accuracy; if everything lines up, we’re done.
