Enhancing ERPNext: Customization & Implementation

We need an ERPNext developer to customize and implement ERPNext for our business. The work includes configuring modules, setting up workflows, and adapting the system to our specific needs. You should be able to support implementation from setup through initial deployment and help ensure the system is ready for day-to-day use. Experience with business process alignment and practical ERP implementation is important. This is a part-time role for an intermediate-level freelancer who can work independently and communicate clearly throughout the project.

We have already installed the ERPNext on Cloud and needs to move to our Server or can be a fresh Installation.

Need Standard installation for ERPNext Core, India Compliance (GST and Income-Tax), Frappe CRM, HRMS, Helpdesk, Projects,

Customisation -
1. Integration of Frappe CRM with ERPNext, so that the field sales person can work on Accounts, Create Customers, Leads, give quotation and generate sales order from the CRM only, while our backed team can process the SO and invoice the material from ERP.

2. Need a customer visit Check-In Button in Frappe CRM, where when a Filed Sales Rep visits a customer, he can do the check-in from the Mobile phone, the phone automatically captures his check-in date & time, Geolocation, check-out date & time, Checkout Geolocation, Text Field for the notes of the meeting, time for next visit and is finally asked to click a picture of the premises

3. When the backend team is processing the SO, and generating the invoice, if the items are available,, they should be deducted from the inventory and if not available, the items should show in Material request or Purchase Order.
