Tender Proposal Regarding Adding or Modifying Features to the earnway.art Website

The developer of the earnway.art website successfully delivered the required features by July 18, 2026 (including rebranding, Google Things setup, automated email setup, complete server setup, and installation of all necessary software, database configuration, etc.) and delivered the source code. However, modifications and additions to the features still require development.

1. An issue was encountered when testing shortened links on the existing website. Using the "Custom Alias" option in advanced settings, the first shortened link was successfully generated, but subsequent attempts resulted in a system message indicating that the "Custom Alias" slot was already taken. Since our members use their own invitation codes as "Custom Alias" to identify daily tasks, this restriction is detrimental to many tasks as they require repeated use of the invitation code. Therefore, we request that this restriction be changed to unlimited.

2. API integration with our central database is needed to add a database CRM member registration management system, EW Wallet, ART Wallet, member daily task delivery, partner affiliate links, etc. (Refer to the About Us document for design details). 3. When a user generates a short link, the following functions should be added:

A. Users of this platform must be registered full members. If not registered, a registration page should pop up requiring registration.

B. This platform provides a global free short link service; therefore advertising support is required to maintain normal platform operation. When a user generates a short link, an advertising window (text, image, video, etc.) should pop up. The short link result should only be displayed after the advertisement is dismissed. The advertising window should have a countdown setting.

C. When a visitor browses a short link, an advertising window should be displayed on the redirect page. The window should be set to redirect to advertising resource provider platforms such as Google AdSense, Adsterra, PropellerAds, PopAds, AdMaven, or internal links on this platform. The redirect page should display the short link landing page within 10 seconds. The advertising effect should be linked to the creator's ID, and relevant tracking data should be provided in an Excel or CSV file for tracking the short link.

D. Add short link tracking functionality. 4. Maintain existing tracking functionality, adding IP address and access duration recording.

5. Add a member backend management interface. Due to the specific nature of the function, this interface needs to be added to or modified from the central database member management interface. This includes managing permissions for short links, listing, deleting/adding short links for the current month, etc., and adding a function to download short link tracking data. Users can select a period to download tracking data in Excel or CSV files. The backend database should store at least 5 years of data in SQL format.

6. Add short link data tracking service for members' daily task delivery links.

3. Professional Monthly Package ($200/month): Suitable for large-scale promotional projects. It allows tracking up to 2600 short links per month and rewards users with 40% of the advertising revenue generated from redirects of these tracked short links.

4. API Integration Package ($200/month): Suitable for enterprise users who need to generate and manage short links in bulk via API. It allows tracking up to 3600 short links per month and rewards users with 40% of the advertising revenue generated from redirects of these tracked short links.

Payment and Renewal: Subscription fees are settled monthly. Users can choose automatic renewal and can pay using EW from the central database. The platform will send a renewal reminder to the user's registered email address before each renewal period.
