Enhance Lecture Video with Overlays

I’m wrapping up an educational lecture that now needs clear, well-timed text overlays to help viewers lock in the key takeaways. The raw talk is already recorded and the audio is solid, so your focus will be adding concise annotations—titles, definitions, quick pointers, maybe a lower-third here and there—exactly where they make the most sense.

You’ll receive:
• the original MP4 recording
• a simple cue sheet showing suggested timestamps and wording for each overlay

What I’d like back:
• a finished MP4 (H.264) ready for upload to our LMS and YouTube channel
• the editable project file from Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or any comparable NLE you prefer, so we can make tiny tweaks later if needed

Acceptance notes:
• Overlays must be legible on both desktop and mobile screens
• Timing should feel natural—nothing that distracts from the speaker
• No additional cuts, transitions, or color work are necessary unless you spot an obvious issue and want to flag it first
