English Telecaller for Sign-ups

I need a friendly, fluent English speaker who is comfortable on the phone and can turn warm interest into completed sign-ups for my platform. The primary goal of every call is to follow up on existing interest and walk each lead through the sign-up process while you have them on the line.

Who you’ll be calling
• People who filled out a form or requested information
• People who started signing up but did not finish
• Existing users who may upgrade or refer others

Typical flow
After a short review of the lead notes you will place the call, address any questions, and guide the person step-by-step through the registration screens until their account is active. Clear, patient explanations and an upbeat tone are essential. When appropriate, encourage upgrades or referral sharing.

Deliverables
• Daily call log with outcome and next-step notes
• Completed sign-ups recorded in our CRM
• Immediate escalation of any technical issues or complex questions you cannot resolve
