Malayalam Lead Conversion Specialist – Warm Inbound Leads

We are looking for an experienced Malayalam-speaking freelancer to handle and convert warm inbound customer enquiries for an established digital service business.

This is NOT cold calling. Leads will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Contact warm leads through WhatsApp and phone
• Understand the customer's general requirement
• Explain the available service and booking process
• Follow up professionally with interested customers
• Convert qualified enquiries into confirmed paid bookings
• Maintain a simple lead follow-up tracker

Requirements

• Excellent spoken Malayalam
• Previous telecalling, telesales, inside sales, customer conversion or admission counselling experience
• Strong follow-up and closing skills
• Professional and empathetic communication
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, phone and spreadsheets/CRM
• Evening availability preferred
• Kerala-based freelancers preferred

This will initially be a small 7–10 day paid pilot. Strong performers may be offered ongoing work.
