I am coordinating a small series of bilingual projects and need support that moves smoothly between English and Kinyarwanda while also feeding my pipeline of original fiction for young adults. The work is split between two complementary tracks:

• Accurate, nuance-preserving translation (both directions) and careful proofreading of existing documents.
• Fresh, engaging short stories for a teenage–early-twenties readership, written from scratch or adapted from supplied outlines.

For the creative side, each story should land at roughly 2,000–3,000 words, carry a clear arc, and use accessible language that still respects the YA reader’s maturity. Any idioms or cultural references in Kinyarwanda should remain authentic yet easy for an English audience to grasp when mirrored in translation.

Acceptance criteria
– All translations read as if originally written in the target language, with terminology and tone aligned to context.
– Stories deliver a hook within the first paragraph, maintain consistent voice, and close with a satisfying resolution.
– Spelling, grammar, and punctuation are flawless; tracked-changes proofs show each correction.
– Final files supplied in Word or Google Docs, with side-by-side versions for bilingual pieces.

I collaborate in real time via Google Docs and expect open, prompt communication on revisions. If this blend of linguistic precision and imaginative writing excites you, let’s begin.
