Engaging Artwork & Laser-cut Design for Toy Project

Graphic Designer Needed for MDF DIY Toy – Print Artwork + Laser-Cut File

I am looking for a skilled graphic/vector designer to create production-ready artwork for a DIY MDF toy.

I already have the vector/dieline of the toy, including the exact shapes and dimensions of all the pieces. I do NOT need the toy structure redesigned.

1. Graphic Design for Printing

I will provide the existing vector/dieline.

Your job will be to:

- Create an attractive, professional full-colour graphic design for the toy
- Design artwork that fits perfectly within the existing vector pieces
- Create a fun, appealing style suitable for children/toy products
- Ensure all graphics are properly aligned with the individual MDF pieces
- Prepare the artwork for digital printing
- Provide print-ready files in high resolution
- Keep the original dimensions and proportions unchanged

2. Laser Cutting Design

I also need a clean laser-cut production file based on the same vector design.

The laser-cut file should:

- Follow the exact dimensions of my supplied vector
- Have clean closed vector paths
- Remove unnecessary/overlapping lines
- Clearly distinguish cutting and engraving lines
- Be suitable for a CO2 laser cutting machine
- Be properly organized/layered for laser cutting
- Maintain accurate dimensions after exporting

I use CorelDRAW and a CO2 laser cutting machine, so the final files should be compatible with CorelDRAW.

Files I Can Provide

I can provide:

- Existing vector/dieline
- Dimensions
- Reference images/photos of the toy
- Examples of the type of graphic style I want

Deliverables

I need:

1. Print-ready artwork – preferably AI/SVG/PDF/CDR
2. Laser-cut vector file – CDR/SVG/DXF
3. Editable source files
4. High-resolution preview/render of the finished toy
5. All fonts/images/assets used in the design

Important

The physical dimensions and cutting geometry must NOT be changed without my approval.

This is a manufacturing project, so accuracy is extremely important. The final files will actually be printed and laser cut to manufacture the product.

Please include examples of your previous toy, puzzle, packaging, vector, laser-cut or MDF product designs when applying.

I am looking for someone who can potentially work with me on multiple toy designs, not just one project.
