I’m ready to move forward with a set of outdoor recreational pickleball courts and need a professional survey that results in a complete site plan for the build. The parcel must be evaluated for drainage issues and any grading or leveling that will be required before construction begins.
Scope of work
• Perform a full topographic survey of the designated area.
• Identify existing elevations, low spots and flow paths so runoff can be managed correctly.
• Provide cut-and-fill figures as part of your grading recommendations.
• Produce a stamped site plan (CAD + PDF) that clearly shows the future court layout and all necessary utility connections (power, water, lighting conduits, etc.).
Acceptance criteria
1. Contour map at 1-ft intervals showing current and proposed grades.
2. Drainage notes and call-outs suitable for submission to my civil engineer.
3. A separate sheet detailing horizontal and vertical control points I can hand to the contractor.
Please include the software you work with (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, or equivalent) and your turnaround time in your proposal.
