Developer location must be: Nagpur, Maharashtra (India)
Attached Phase 1 features.
A complete SaaS suite for opticians and optometrists is ready to move from concept to code. The platform must run seamlessly on Android, iOS, and the web while sharing a single, horizontally scalable backend. An offline-first architecture is essential so each outlet can continue dispensing, invoicing, and updating inventory even during connectivity drops; automatic sync will reconcile once the network returns.
Key workflow modules include patient scheduling, refraction records, lens & frame cataloguing, prescription management, invoicing, and integrated payment. Multi-store management is mandatory—one login should let head-office staff oversee stock, sales, and analytics across every branch.
Compliance is non-negotiable. Built-in GST calculation, up-to-date financial reports, and tamper-proof audit trails must satisfy Indian tax rules and any future regulatory checks.
On-site collaboration matters, so the primary developer (or core team) needs to be Nagpur-based for periodic working sessions with our clinicians and retail staff.
Deliverables
• Unified codebase powering Android, iOS, and responsive web portal
• Scalable backend with role-based access, REST/GraphQL APIs, and automated tests
• Robust offline data layer with conflict resolution logic
• Multi-store dashboard, inventory sync, and reporting suite
• GST-ready billing engine, financial statements, and audit trail module
• Source code, build scripts, and deployment documentation
Acceptance criteria will be tied to successful user testing at two pilot stores, zero data-loss during offline trials, and correct GST figures on end-of-day reports.
