End-to-End AI Feature Film

I’m setting out to create a full-length feature film produced start-to-finish with the help of AI. My concept is still flexible, so I’m open to your recommendations on the most effective software stack—whether that ends up being Runway, Pika, Stable Diffusion, ElevenLabs, Descript, or an entirely different mix that you’ve proven works.

What matters most is that the workflow stays cohesive: we move smoothly from ideation through production and final edit without getting locked into a single tool. If you’ve already stitched together AI-driven pipelines for script generation, scene creation, voice-over, or post-production, I’d love to see how you can apply that experience here.

Scope of work
• Guide or execute each production phase: concept refinement, AI-assisted scriptwriting, visual and audio generation, and polished editing.
• Advise on (or directly handle) tool setup, prompt engineering, and asset management so we avoid common quality pitfalls.
• Keep render times, resolution, and file formats aligned with current streaming standards (1080p minimum, 4K preferred).

Deliverables
1. Final mastered feature-length film file, ready for upload to major platforms.
2. All intermediate project files and AI prompts so the entire process can be audited or iterated later.
3. A brief post-mortem outlining what worked, what didn’t, and upgrade paths for future releases.

Acceptance criteria
• Narrative coherence across the full runtime.
• Consistent visual style and audio quality throughout.
• All assets cleared for commercial use (either original or licensed).
