Emergent Data-Entry App Build

I’m looking for a straightforward app built on Emergent that lets our employees key data into a 14-column table, search or filter any of those fields on demand, and immediately view the results in an interactive dashboard.

Here is what matters to me:
• A clean, employee-friendly data-entry screen with validation for each of the 14 columns (I’ll supply the exact field names and rules once we start).
• A query function—simple text or drop-down filters are fine—that can pull records instantly.
• An interactive dashboard generated from the same dataset so staff can spot trends without exporting to Excel.

You’re free to organise the underlying database as you see fit so long as every column remains searchable and the whole solution stays inside Emergent. When you hand it over I’ll need the working project file, any custom scripts or triggers you used, and a short read-me so my team can deploy or tweak it later.
