# Android Cybersecurity Laboratory — RAT Proof of Concept
I am looking for an already-developed solution, or an existing implementation that can be adapted, for a **practical Android cybersecurity demonstration**.
The objective is to have a **RAT-style remote-access proof of concept designed exclusively for an isolated laboratory environment**, using an Android test device or emulator that is fully owned and controlled for the purposes of the research.
The purpose of the project is to demonstrate, in a controlled and educational environment, how this type of threat can operate and subsequently analyze its communications, behavior, indicators of compromise, and possible detection and mitigation mechanisms.
### What I Need
The solution should provide a controlled demonstration of the main capabilities typically studied when analyzing this type of Android threat.
Ideally, it should include:
* A test Android application.
* A laboratory control component.
* Communication between the two components.
* Visualization of the test device's status.
* Ability to conduct the demonstration from a controlled environment.
* Event and communication logging for subsequent analysis.
* Installation and configuration documentation.
* Source code, preferably.
* A reproducible Android Studio project.
* Compatibility with an Android test device or emulator.
### Existing Development Preferred
**If you already have a functional PoC developed for cybersecurity research, training, CTFs, demonstrations, or laboratory use, that would be strongly preferred.**
I am specifically interested in reducing development time. Therefore, if you already have a working implementation that can be legally and safely adapted to this project, please indicate what is already available and what modifications would be required.
There is no need to develop everything from scratch if you already have a suitable laboratory implementation.
### Testing Environment
The demonstration will be conducted exclusively using:
* Owned/test Android devices.
* Android emulators.
* Laboratory servers.
* Controlled networks.
* Dedicated test accounts.
The project is **not intended for accessing third-party devices, collecting third-party information, or deploying the software outside an authorized testing environment**.
### Proposal Information
If you already have an existing implementation, please provide:
1. What parts of the project are already developed.
2. What capabilities are currently available.
3. What modifications would be required.
4. Estimated time to adapt it to the laboratory environment.
5. Total project cost.
6. Whether the source code and documentation can be provided.
7. Whether you can demonstrate the existing implementation in a controlled environment before proceeding.
**Preference will be given to existing, functional solutions that can be adapted quickly rather than projects that require complete development from the ground up.**
The project is strictly intended for **authorized cybersecurity research, education, and controlled laboratory demonstration**.
