Embroidered T-Shirt Production

I’m launching a new line of branded apparel and need a reliable partner who can handle end-to-end T-shirt production with embroidery as the chosen decoration method. The shirts will be sold as merchandise, so finish quality and durability are non-negotiable—tight, clean stitching, vibrant thread colours that match my Pantone references, and consistent placement on every piece.
Here’s what I expect:
• You supply or source blank shirts in a fabric that balances comfort and longevity; I’m flexible on cotton, polyester, or a blend if you can explain the benefits.
• Translate my print-ready art files into digitised embroidery files, fine-tuning stitch count and pull compensation so the final piece mirrors the design.
• Produce and ship a small run of samples for approval before scaling to the full order.
• Final delivery: retail-ready, embroidered T-shirts folded or bagged, grouped by size, and boxed for distribution.
Clear communication on lead times, minimum order quantities, and repeat run costs is appreciated. If you already work with Tajima, Barudan, or similar commercial machines and can share photos of past embroidered merchandise, that will help speed up the decision. Looking forward to collaborating on a product customers will be proud to wear.
