B2B Caller for Tech Executive Invitations

I need an experienced outbound caller who can pick up the phone during Singapore business hours and confidently invite senior technology leaders—CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, Heads of Technology, Data, AI and Cyber—to attend our private, by-invitation-only executive conferences.

You will work from the curated contact lists I supply, speak in clear, neutral English, and use your own professional calling setup. A Singapore (+65) caller ID is strongly preferred so the conversation feels local. Familiarity with APAC decision-makers and past success in B2B prospecting here will help you ramp up fast.

After each invitation call, I expect you to:
• email the prospect with a short personalised note and registration link
• send the official conference information pack
• follow up by WhatsApp when appropriate to confirm attendance or answer questions

Our immediate focus is on executives driving Technology, Data & AI initiatives, though future campaigns may expand into other sectors.
