Email-to-Excel Data Entry

I have a steady flow of online form submissions that reach me as notification emails, and I need every field from those messages transferred by hand into an Excel spreadsheet. Each email holds a mix of text (names, addresses, notes) and numbers (order IDs, quantities, prices), so careful transcription and consistent formatting are essential.

You will receive:
• Access to the dedicated mailbox containing the unread form-notification emails.
• A pre-formatted Excel workbook with clear column headers and a sample completed row for reference.

What I expect back:
• The spreadsheet fully populated—one row per email—with all values entered exactly as they appear (no shortcuts or scripts).
• Basic checks that totals and numeric columns line up with the source message.
• A brief status note once the final row is done, confirming the number of emails processed and any anomalies spotted.

Accuracy, confidentiality, and punctual updates matter more here than speed alone. If this first batch goes smoothly there will be regular follow-on work, as the mailbox collects new entries daily.
