Email Outreach for Creator Partnerships

I need a remote contractor who can sit comfortably in the 10 am-10 pm PST window, Monday through Friday, and keep our inbox humming with genuine conversation starters. The role is simple in theory yet demanding in practice: craft and send highly personalized cold emails, follow up thoughtfully, log every touchpoint, and pass any warm reply straight to me—no calls, no demos, just the hand-off.

Most of the initial contact will happen by email, though you’re free to dip into LinkedIn or social DMs if that helps you maintain a natural flow. Our current focus is virtual assistants, but creators such as game designers, sound designers, or meme creators may also come into play as we expand.

Compensation is a flat $1,500 per month on a rolling contract. Results matter more than vanity metrics, so every message must read like it came from a real human who did their homework. If you rely on copy-and-paste templates or autogenerated text, the partnership ends immediately.

Deliverables I’ll accept each week:
• A live tracker with every contact, follow-up date, and outcome
• Copies of all outbound messages so I can audit tone and personalization
• Warm replies forwarded within one hour of receipt during working hours

Quality expectations:
• Clean, idiomatic English that feels conversational, not scripted
• Evident research in each opener—no “Hi {First Name}” mass blasts
• A minimum reply rate that proves you’ve cold-messaged strangers before and elicited real engagement
