## Email Marketing & Klaviyo Specialist – Jewellery Brand

We are looking for an experienced **Email Marketing & Klaviyo Specialist** to manage and grow the email marketing strategy for our established UK jewellery brand.

### Responsibilities

* Create and manage **weekly email marketing campaigns** using Klaviyo
* Design professional, luxury-style email layouts in **Figma**
* Build responsive Klaviyo email templates based on approved Figma designs
* Plan engaging campaigns around:

* New jewellery arrivals
* Promotions and seasonal campaigns
* Gold and diamond jewellery
* Educational/content emails
* Customer retention and repeat purchases
* Improve Klaviyo **flows and automations**, including Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment and Post-Purchase
* Manage customer segmentation and targeting
* Write or assist with effective subject lines, preview text and email copy
* Carry out A/B testing to improve performance
* Monitor deliverability and list health
* Provide a **weekly performance report** covering opens, clicks, conversions, revenue and recommendations

### Requirements

* Strong experience with **Klaviyo**
* Strong **Figma email design** skills
* Previous experience working with a **jewellery brand is highly preferred**
* Good understanding of luxury/e-commerce email design
* Experience with customer segmentation, automation and Klaviyo flows
* Understanding of email deliverability and best practices
* Ability to create mobile-responsive emails
* Strong attention to detail

### Project

This is a **long-term opportunity**. We are looking for someone who can work with us consistently rather than completing a one-off campaign.
