I have a 480-sq-ft structure already standing on my property. It was originally built under an earlier permit, and now I want it officially recognized as an Accessory Dwelling Unit so someone can live in it. The city requires a fresh permit package even though the building is complete. I have already created floor plan.
County requires that Kitchen, bathroom and shower has to be made in this already permitted Garage

Here is where things stand:
• Purpose: convert the existing structure into a legal ADU and secure the final approval.
• Scope: prepare all drawings, forms, and code‐compliance documentation the city will ask for, submit the packet, and follow it through revisions until the permit is issued.
• Plumbing: at this stage I am not adding a toilet or shower, so bathrooms can be left out of the plans.
• Documents on hand: the earlier permits only. I do not yet have current blueprints or inspection reports, so you may need to create or source what the city expects.

I need someone who understands local zoning and building codes, can draft or update plans in AutoCAD/Revit, fill out the application forms, respond to any correction notices, and communicate with the planning department until we have the stamped approval in hand.

Deliverable: a city-accepted permit set resulting in an issued ADU permit for the existing 480-sq-ft building behind the main house it already has electricity with 100 amps
