I am seeking an experienced email deliverability specialist and VPS/mail-server administrator to resolve ongoing email issues with my current hosting provider, Webway.host. The goal is to ensure emails reliably reach recipients' inboxes rather than spam folders. Tasks include:
1. Conducting a comprehensive technical audit of the existing infrastructure (VPS, DNS, SMTP, SPF/DKIM/DMARC records, IP reputation, etc.).
2. Diagnosing root causes of deliverability problems and providing a clear remediation plan.
3. Implementing fixes or recommending and migrating to a more reliable solution if necessary.
4. Verifying email authentication and improving inbox placement for up to 1,000 daily emails.
5. Providing documentation of changes and recommendations for ongoing maintenance.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Linux VPS administration, SMTP configuration, email authentication protocols, and resolving deliverability issues with major providers like Gmail and Outlook.
