Elementor Pro is back online, yet the editor still loads as a blank white screen. The log pinpoints a PHP fatal error in elementor-pro/modules/display-conditions/module.php on line 212.
I’ve already re-installed plugins, rolled back backups, and re-activated Elementor Pro without success. The only recent change on the site was updating several plugins and the active theme, so the fault may lie in a compatibility clash, a corrupted display condition, or a PHP setting that now fails silently.
Because the site is actively selling Dallas Salsa Congress tickets, WooCommerce orders, the payment gateway, and all ticketing data must remain untouched while you work.
What I need from you
• Identify the exact root cause of the fatal error (plugin conflict, code corruption, or PHP mis-configuration).
• Apply a safe fix so the Elementor editor loads normally again.
• Verify that WooCommerce, existing orders, and payment flows are unaffected.
• Provide a brief summary of what you changed so I have a clean record for future updates.
Acceptance criteria
1. Elementor opens without a white screen.
2. No new errors appear in wp-debug or server logs.
3. A test order flows from product purchase through payment completion without issues.
You’ll have WordPress admin, cPanel/SSH, and access to current backups to get started.
