My salon-at-home customer app needs a complete visual refresh so every tap feels elegant and luxurious. The functional flow already works; what’s missing is the premium polish that reassures clients they are booking a top-tier beauty service.
Focus of the redesign
• Home screen & service browsing – first impressions must signal sophistication while keeping discovery effortless.
• Booking & payment flow – elevate the look of each step without adding friction to checkout.
• User profile & appointment history – turn routine information into a refined experience.
• Offer section & its presence on every page – promotions should feel curated, not cluttered.
Service discovery & search, category/sub-category navigation, service detail pages, package presentation, cart & upselling, location/address selection, date & time-slot selection, booking tracking, Glam Wallet, ratings & reviews, and conversion-focused service selection.
Special attention should be given to making offers, discounts and customer savings highly visible throughout the journey without making the UI cluttered.
I’m aiming for a cohesive design language: rich yet restrained colour palette, refined typography, subtle micro-interactions, and photography that conveys exclusivity. Accessibility and responsiveness for both iOS and Android must stay intact.
Deliverables
• High-fidelity mock-ups of all screens listed above (Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD).
• Interactive prototype that demonstrates end-to-end user flows.
• Style guide covering colours, typography, iconography and component states so developers can implement without guesswork.
• Assets exported and organised, ready for the dev hand-off.
Acceptance criteria
1. Visual tone matches an “elegant and luxurious” brand perception.
2. Existing usability of core flows is preserved or improved.
3. Prototype functions smoothly on common phone sizes.
4. Final files are delivered on the agreed platform with clearly labelled layers and components.
