I’m building a knowledge hub dedicated to mental health and I’d like a skilled writer to help me fill it with clear, engaging, evidence-based articles and blog posts. Every piece should teach readers something practical—think explanations of anxiety triggers, the science behind stress responses, or step-by-step grounding techniques—always presented in a friendly, accessible tone.

Because the goal is educational, accuracy and clarity matter more to me than clickbait headlines. You don’t have to be a clinician, but you should feel comfortable citing reputable studies, translating research into plain language, and organising information so that a curious reader leaves each post feeling informed rather than overwhelmed.

Deliverables
• 4–6 standalone blog articles (800–1,000 words each)
• Each article must include a compelling title, sub-headings for easy scanning, and properly attributed sources (links or citations).
• Original work only; I will run plagiarism checks.

Acceptance criteria
• Factual consistency with current mental-health research.
• Conversational, supportive voice that avoids medical jargon when possible.
• Clean grammar and spelling—ready for direct upload.

If you’ve previously written on mental health, feel free to share samples or links so I can see your style. I’m eager to get started and open to ongoing collaboration once we establish a good workflow.
