I need photorealistic 3D images that bring my upcoming build to life. The project covers:
• Interior – living room and kitchen: I have floor plans and material references ready; every render should capture accurate finishes, lighting, and furniture placement so buyers can feel the space.
• Exterior – front façade: one hero shot from street level plus a close-up that highlights materials, landscaping, and evening lighting.
High-resolution stills (4K PNG or JPEG) are required, along with the source model in a common format such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Blender. Two rounds of minor revisions after the first draft will be enough for me to fine-tune colors and textures.
Final delivery: four polished renders (two interior angles, two exterior angles) and the editable model files.
