I need a seasoned project manager who can act as the bridge between our education-sector clients and our existing design team. Most of the work revolves around translating what the school wants and pushing that into creative development within an established process that results in on-time delivery of school-specific videos, so flawless communication and active listening will be your north star.
Here’s what the role looks like day to day:
• Meet virtually (Zoom) with each school contact, translate their goals into concise, designer-ready creative briefs, and secure sign-off before production begins.
• Keep all stakeholders in the loop on timelines, setting expectations and email communication. Proactive follow-up with schools for assets is sometimes necessary to keep projects on target.
• Track milestones, flag risks early, and adjust timelines without letting quality slip.
• Coordinate roster of designers and Creative Director so deliverables land exactly when clients expect them.
Acceptance criteria
– Every project launches with kickoff call where the creative brief is generated and that our designers can execute without a lot of follow-up questions.
– Stakeholders receive progress updates as needed.
– Final video files are delivered error-free and on schedule.
– Each job is expected to take less than 4 hours of work and will be compensated at $250-$275 per job.
If you are comfortable juggling multiple athletic-focused video projects and thrive on proactive communication, I’d love to work together.
