I run a computer-course training centre in Delhi and already invest steadily in Google and Meta ads. The campaigns keep us visible, yet I feel we are leaving a lot of potential enrollments on the table. My number-one objective is simple: drive more students through the door and into paid programs.

Here is what I am looking for:

• A fresh, conversion-driven growth plan that goes beyond basic paid ads. I am open to webinars, email nurturing, referral incentives, or any blended funnel you believe will perform best for an offline centre like mine.
• End-to-end execution. I need hands-on help setting up the funnel assets (landing pages, webinar tech, email sequences, CRM integrations) and then running the launch so we actually see leads generated, nurtured, and closed.
• Clear metrics: lead volume, show-up rate, and, most importantly, incremental enrollments tracked back to the new system.
• Knowledge transfer. My small in-house team should understand how to monitor and optimise the funnel once it is live.

Acceptance criteria
1. A documented strategy deck outlining each funnel stage, the tech stack, timelines, and KPIs.
2. Fully built webinar or equivalent funnel ready to go live, including copy, creative, and automations.
3. First campaign executed with real prospects, plus a post-launch report showing results against agreed targets.

Tools you might lean on include ClickFunnels, Kajabi, Zoom, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or any platform you prefer—as long as it integrates smoothly and can be managed by us after hand-over.

If you have a track record of scaling education businesses and can guide me from concept to measurable enrollments, I would love to work with you.
