My Ecomm agency looking for Trainer who can both train clients to run profitable online stores and create those stores for them.
My immediate need is an experienced mentor who can walk me through best-practice workflows across WooCommerce, Amazon KDP, Gumroad, eBay and Shopify.
My Task:
• Client acquisition and retention – refining the Sales funnel, onboarding sequence and ongoing support model so each store owner stays engaged and successful.
Where I need your guidance most:
• Ecommerce platform management – from initial setup to advanced optimisation on each of the platforms above.
On the store-creation side I also want to tighten our processes for design and layout, product listing, plus payment and checkout configuration. If you already have templates, SOPs or playbooks that speed up these steps, even better.
The ideal collaboration looks like a series of focused strategy sessions (video or async), followed by actionable documentation.
Help me avoid rookie mistakes, choose the right tech stack per platform, and craft an irresistible service offer that keeps clients coming back for more. (Stores Creation).
