eBay API Listing & Order Automation (DROPSHIPPING Software Amzon to ebay UK)

I need a developer who can wire my existing eBay seller account directly into a custom application through the eBay REST APIs. The first priority is reliable product listing automation: pushing new items live, revising existing listings, and ending items when stock runs out, all through code rather than the web interface.

Beyond listing, I also want full order-management coverage. Your integration should:
• Pull fresh order details on a schedule or via webhook
• Update order statuses (paid, shipped, cancelled, etc.) back to eBay
• Handle return requests programmatically so I can approve, refund, or decline without logging in manually

You may build in the language or framework you prefer—Python, Node.js, or similar—so long as the solution follows eBay’s current REST API standards, uses OAuth properly, and includes clear setup instructions and commented source.

Deliverables:
1. Source code with README for local deployment
2. Brief video or walkthrough showing the features above working against my live account
3. A short hand-off call or Q&A document so I can extend the code later
