Compensation Structure
This is a performance-based partnership with milestone rewards and substantial earning potential.
Stage 1 – Qualified Client Introduction
* ₹250 for a verified introduction to a genuine decision-maker with an event requirement.
Stage 2 – Discovery Meeting Completed
* ₹750 when a successful meeting is conducted between the client and our team.
Stage 3 – Proposal / Quotation Requested
* ₹1,500 when the client requests a formal proposal, quotation, presentation, or event concept.
Stage 4 – Project Confirmation
* ₹3,000 bonus when the project is officially confirmed by the client.
Stage 5 – Main Reward: Profit Sharing
* 20% of the net profit generated from the project
* Paid after successful completion of the event and receipt of client payment.
Example Earnings
If the event generates:
* ₹2,00,000 profit → You earn ₹40,000
* ₹5,00,000 profit → You earn ₹1,00,000
* ₹10,00,000 profit → You earn ₹2,00,000
* ₹25,00,000 profit → You earn ₹5,00,000
There is **no upper earning limit**.
