Through-Hole Soldering & PCB Repair

I have a batch of 51-100 boards that need careful through-hole soldering, plus a small run of matching wire harnesses and a few damaged PCBs that require touch-up repair. All components are already sourced and labelled; I simply need steady-handed assembly and inspection so everything leaves my shop fully functional.

You’ll be working with both through-hole parts and SMD repairs down to 0603 size, so solid joint quality, clean lead trimming, and consistent flux cleanup are vital. After soldering, each board must pass a quick continuity and visual check before you move on to the next. The wire harnesses are straightforward crimp-and-solder leads that plug directly into these boards, and I’ll provide the pin-out diagrams.

Deliverables:
• 51-100 fully soldered, tested through-hole PCBs
• Matching wire harnesses (one per board) cut, crimped, soldered and labeled
• Repaired boards returned with clear notes on what was fixed
