E-Commerce Website Assistant – NuORDER / SyncX / Image Editing

We are looking for a reliable **E-Commerce Website Assistant** to help maintain and update our online store, Pinkfoxxx.

This is an **ongoing, as-needed position**. Some weeks may require more work than others. We are looking for someone we can contact whenever products, inventory, images, or other website content needs to be updated.

## Responsibilities

* Add and update products on our website
* Work with **NuORDER**
* Work with **SyncX**
* Import and update supplier product information
* Update product titles, descriptions, pricing, SKUs, variants, and inventory
* Upload and organize product images
* Resize, crop, and optimize images before uploading
* Make sure product images are properly sized and displayed
* Remove or update discontinued/out-of-stock products when requested
* Check product information for errors
* Make general website/product catalog updates as needed
* Troubleshoot basic product-feed or inventory-sync issues
* Follow instructions carefully and complete updates promptly

## Requirements

Applicants **must have experience with:**

* NuORDER
* SyncX
* E-commerce product management
* Product data entry
* Image resizing/editing
* Uploading and managing product images
* Working with SKUs, variants, inventory, pricing, and product catalogs

Experience working with lingerie, fashion, beauty, or similar e-commerce stores is a plus.

## Pay

**$4.00 USD per hour**

This is an ongoing freelance position with work assigned **as needed**.
