E-Commerce Website & App Build

I need a complete online store for physical goods, delivered as both a responsive web site and companion iOS/Android app. At minimum the system must let shoppers create secure user accounts and maintain personal profiles so they can track orders, manage saved addresses, and view purchase history.

Platform choice is still open; I’m happy to hear whether you think a framework such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or a custom build will serve the long-term roadmap best, provided the final result is fast, reliable, and easy for me to manage without development knowledge.

Core requirements
• Account creation with email / social login, profile editing, password reset
• Seamless web-to-app data sync so customers can start a cart on one device and finish on another
• PCI-compliant payment gateway integration and basic shipping‐rate logic
• Clean product catalogue with variants, images, and inventory tracking
• Admin dashboard for order management, refunds, coupons, and basic analytics
• Source code, build files, and concise deployment documentation handed over on completion

Acceptance criteria
1. A live web store running on my domain with SSL enabled
2. Native or high-quality hybrid mobile apps approved in both App Store and Google Play
3. All user-account functions tested and working end-to-end
4. No critical accessibility or performance issues (Core Web Vitals in the green)
