I’m overhauling an established e-commerce site and need an end-to-end UX package that takes me from insight to clickable prototype.

First, I want a rigorous user research report aimed specifically at middle-aged adults (36-55). This should uncover pain points, motivations, and shopping behaviours unique to that cohort.

Next, compile a competitor analysis that looks at direct competitors, indirect competitors, and wider industry leaders. I’m interested in what they do well, where they fall short, and what opportunities we can seize.

With those findings in hand, translate them into updated wireframes that cover every critical step of the shopping journey: product browsing and search, the checkout process, and user account management. Start with low-fidelity sketches, validate the flows, then progress to high-fidelity UI designs that follow a clean, modern minimalist aesthetic and respect current accessibility guidelines.

Finally, build an interactive prototype in Figma that stitches everything together for in-house user testing. It should be easy for stakeholders to click through, annotate, and hand off to development.

Deliverables:
• Research report (PDF + raw notes)
• Competitor analysis matrix
• Low-fidelity wireframes for the three journey pillars
• High-fidelity UI screens (desktop & mobile)
• Fully linked Figma prototype

I’ll review each stage before we move to the next, so clear checkpoints and versioning inside Figma or a shared drive will help keep us aligned. If this workflow fits your expertise, let’s create a shopping experience our users will love.
