Scope of Work - Storyboards & Videos

Ctruh Technologies | Freelance Engagement

Ctruh is producing a set of five short videos, 30 seconds each, built around 3D renders that Ctruh
has already prepared. We are looking for freelance support to turn these renders into finished
storyboards and videos.

What Ctruh Provides:

• Final 3D renders for all five videos - prepared and ready to use.
• Brand assets, logo and key messages for each video.
• A single point of contact for feedback and approvals.

Freelancer Scope:

• Storyboards - one storyboard per video (five in total), showing the shot flow and
on-screen text, shared for approval before editing begins.
• Videos - five finished videos, 30 seconds each, edited from the supplied renders.
• Music - background music selected and mixed for each video, cleared for commercial
use.
• On-screen text and titles as agreed in the storyboard.
• Two rounds of revisions per storyboard and per video.

Deliverables:

• 5 storyboards (1-2 Rounds of Feedback and Approval)
• 5 Videos of 30 seconds each.(1-2 Rounds of Feedback and Approval)
• Editable project files handed over at the end of the engagement.

Ways of Working:

• Storyboards are approved by Ctruh before video editing starts.
• Work is shared for review at each stage; feedback is consolidated by Ctruh.
• All output is the property of Ctruh Technologies.

Timelines and commercials will be communicated separately.
