E-commerce Support & TikTok Graphics

I’m looking for someone who can jump in on two fronts and keep my online sales operation running smoothly.

First, I need dependable customer service coverage. All buyer questions arrive through Telegram and email, so you’ll monitor those inboxes, respond quickly, and keep conversations friendly yet concise. Most messages revolve around product details, order status, or basic troubleshooting, so clear written English and a knack for straightforward technical explanations are essential.

Second, our TikTok livestreams need a polished visual touch. Before each session, you’ll create professional-looking banners and fullscreen backgrounds that match the product theme while remaining clean and uncluttered. If you’re comfortable in Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools, you’ll fit right in.

Core tasks you’ll handle
• Responding to customer inquiries on Telegram and email
• Providing simple technical support when shoppers hit snags
• Designing professional, clean banners and backgrounds for every TikTok live

Deliverables
1. Daily inbox zero with courteous, accurate replies logged in our shared sheet
2. Two ready-to-use banner/background sets per livestream, delivered at least 24 h beforehand in 1080×1920 resolution (PNG and editable source file)
