E-Commerce Sales Account Manager

I need a hands-on professional who can take full ownership of our online sales channels—Amazon, Shopify, Myntra, Flipkart and our own website—and turn them into consistent, profitable growth engines.

You will handle every link in the online sales chain: creating and optimising listings, maintaining the catalogue, setting smart prices, watching inventory levels, processing orders, and resolving customer queries quickly. When it comes to visibility, you will design and run promotions and advertising that convert, then track performance so we can double down on what works. Alongside that, you will manage returns/RTO, coordinate with our local packing and dispatch team for flawless fulfilment, and keep an eye on settlements and fees to protect margins.
