3ds Max Commercial Landscape Design

I need a complete 3-dimensional landscape for a large compound that mixes buildings, utility runs, and other technical installations. The model will serve as the base for a physical architectural scale model, so accuracy and clean geometry in 3ds Max are essential.
The scale model size is 100x200cm. The scale should be around 1/100.

Scope
The scene should lay out roads, hardscape, and green areas, then weave in pipes, service corridors, and any special equipment blocks I supply. Buildings and structures come next, positioned realistically within the overall topography. I will send reference CAD plans, well-layered 3ds Max file with properly named objects for 3D-print with minimal rework. The components can be ready parts, just the harmony should be good.

Deliverables
• Native .max file (latest stable version) with all geometry, lights, and cameras
• Linked or embedded textures and materials
• A few high-resolution stills for quick review

Acceptance
This is an illustration work, we need clean views. There should be several edits according to demands of customer.
