E-Commerce Payment & Tax Setup

I run a newly formed peptide-focused e-commerce LLC registered in the United States and I’m ready to streamline three critical pieces at once:

1. Integrate PayU as our primary payment gateway directly into the storefront so customers can check out smoothly.
2. Establish the right banking structure to support that processor and protect cash flow.
3. Put a solid bookkeeping workflow in place together with a forward-looking U.S. tax strategy that keeps the business compliant while minimizing liability.

For the first item I only need the integration work—API hook-up, secure tokens, test transactions, and a quick hand-off document so my team can maintain it going forward. Configuration, sandbox testing, and any PCI-DSS considerations should be folded into the build.

On the finance side I’m looking for guidance in choosing or configuring accounting software, setting up a clean chart of accounts, and mapping payment-processor settlements so monthly reconciliation is effortless. Quarterly estimated-tax planning and year-end filing recommendations are part of the scope.
