Looking for an experienced Bangladeshi full-stack Laravel developer to build a responsive web platform with UI/UX inspired by Baji.live, complete sportsbook/casino API integration, local payment gateway setup, and full source code handover.

Project Scope:
1. Foundation & UI:
- Laravel & MySQL setup with clean architecture.
- Fully responsive, mobile-optimized UI (Baji-style theme).
- Registration/Login with OTP verification, user profile management.
- Admin panel for initial user controls and settings.

2. Sportsbook & Casino API Integration:
- Integrate provided Sportsbook & Live Casino APIs.
- Dynamic game & provider mapping.
- Session management & bet logging (Seamless Wallet API).
- Complete end-to-end user testing flow.

3. Wallet & Local Payments:
- Multi-currency wallet system.
- Automated integration for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket gateway/APIs.
- Manual deposit/withdrawal flow with admin approval and screenshot verification.
- Full transaction ledger & history.

4. Admin Controls, APK & Handover:
- Advanced admin dashboard (User balance management, analytics, bet reports).
- Build a lightweight Android PWA/WebView APK.
- Comprehensive security (SQLi, XSS, CSRF, Rate Limiting).
- Production server deployment, complete source code handover, and a walkthrough of the codebase/database structure.

Requirements:
- Strong experience in Laravel, MySQL, API integration, and local Bangladeshi payment gateways.
