I’m looking for a writer who can craft a concise, engaging e-book that showcases our products and services to our existing customers. The goal is to deepen loyalty, highlight fresh features they might not be using yet, and spark repeat purchases.
Here is what I have in mind:
• Length: roughly 15–20 pages—long enough to deliver value, short enough to be read in one sitting.
• Tone: conversational, benefit-oriented, and fully aligned with our brand voice (I will share recent newsletters and style guides).
• Structure: a quick introduction, three to four solution-focused chapters, short customer success vignette, and a clear call-to-action that feeds seamlessly into our sales funnel.
• Assets: I’ll supply product briefs, testimonials, and screenshots; you’ll weave them into the narrative and suggest placement for visuals.
• Format: final files in editable Google Docs and a print-ready, web-optimized PDF.
Acceptance criteria
1. Copy must be original, proof-read, and plagiarism-free.
2. The core benefit of each featured product/service is clearly articulated for our current user base.
3. CTA links are embedded and verified.
4. Layout is clean, with consistent heading styles that match the brand guide.
If you have experience writing marketing e-books or customer onboarding materials, please share two relevant samples and outline your proposed timeline. Looking forward to collaborating!
