Job: Video Editor & Content Creator
About the Role:
D-Mentors Dance Company is looking for a creative Video Editor & Content Creator to
create engaging content for our brand and help grow our online presence. You’ll turn
classes, performances, and ideas into videos that connect with a larger audience.
Responsibilities:
• Create and plan videos, reels, promos, and other social media content.
• Edit class videos, performances, reels, highlights, and promotional videos.
• Add music, captions, transitions, and creative effects.
• Suggest new content ideas to improve reach and engagement.
• Maintain a consistent content and posting workflow.
• Work with the team to maintain the brand’s creative direction.

Requirements:
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or
similar.
• Good understanding of social media content and what drives engagement.
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual presentation.
• Creativity and interest in content creation.
