Dynamic RPR AVM Widget Integration

I already have RPR’s Broker AVM script and token working when I hard-code a property address, but I need a small JavaScript tweak so site visitors can type any address and instantly see the valuation.

Here’s the flow I’m after:

• An address field sits right inside the existing widget code—no new layout blocks; it should feel native to the page that already hosts my contact forms, listings, and search tools.
• On submit, the script captures the typed address, swaps it into the widget’s Query parameter, and calls the RPR service.
• The returned valuation opens in a clean, responsive pop-up modal (desktop and mobile) and stays on the same page.
• Everything must run inside Sierra Interactive’s Shared Widget / JavaScript environment, so you’ll need to respect their loading order and sandbox constraints.

Deliverable
• A tested snippet (HTML/CSS/JS) that I can drop into Sierra Interactive, with clear install notes. The code should:
– Accept the user’s address input inline with the current widget.
– Pass that value dynamically to RPR.
– Launch the modal and render the AVM response reliably on all modern browsers and mobile devices.
– Fail gracefully if RPR is unreachable.

Acceptance
I’ll consider the job complete once I can paste your snippet into a staging page, enter any valid U.S. address, and watch the valuation appear in the modal without console errors.

If troubleshooting third-party embeds, async script loading, or cross-origin quirks is your comfort zone, I’m ready to get this wrapped up quickly.
