Villa MEP Plans Drafting

I already have complete architectural floor plans for a private villa. What I still need are fully coordinated Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing drawings that I can hand straight to the local authorities and the contractor without further revisions.

Scope of work
• Reflected ceiling plans that show both the HVAC distribution and all lighting points.
• Electrical layouts covering GPOs, power circuits, distribution boards, access points, lift supply, and all rooftop equipment.
• Plumbing layouts for every wet area, including vertical stacks, the rooftop kitchen, and the pool plant.
• Life-safety layouts—detectors, exit signs, and call points—fully integrated with the electrical set.
• Rooftop services drawings for solar panels, inverter, dedicated DB, outdoor kitchen, and seating zone.
• External services layouts for garden lighting, pool deck, carport, and terrace feeds.

Deliverables must be provided as editable CAD (AutoCAD/Revit preferred) plus PDF plots, all on the project’s existing layer, pen, and sheet standards. Please coordinate disciplines so there are no clashes between ducts, conduits, and plumbing runs, and tag every element clearly.
