#### *Job Role & Responsibilities:*
1. *Property Scouting*: Find and onboard new rental properties in designated areas
2. *Client Handling*: Source tenants through calls, WhatsApp, portals and social media
3. *Site Visits*: Schedule and take clients to visit properties in your area
4. *Property Showings*: Show flats/houses and explain features, rent, deposit, amenities
5. *Closure*: Negotiate and close rental deals
6. *Brokerage*: Collect brokerage from tenants/owners after successful closure
7. *CRM Updates*: Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, and closures

#### *Requirements:*
1. *Bike/Scooter + Valid Driving License* - Mandatory. Field work required daily
2. Good communication skills in Kannada, Hindi & English
3. Smart phone with internet is must
4. Prior experience in Real Estate/Rental is preferred, but freshers with sales experience can apply
5. Should know areas of Marathalli, Indiranagar, Koramangala, HSR, Bellandur well
6. Self-motivated, target oriented and good convincing skills
