Dynamic Payment Platform Development -- 2

I already have a basic front-end scaffold in place, but it is still only a shell. I now need a developer who can turn this skeleton into a fully responsive, production-ready payment platform that talks smoothly to a server and a database.
The system must accept Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer and Digital Wallet payments, then record every step so users can see their complete transaction history. Core flows such as user authentication, real-time notifications through text message, watsap , upload/download of payment receipts, and simple user/Other management (add / delete users) all have to work seamlessly together.
