Dynamic Action Comic Cover Design

I’m gearing up to launch an Action/Adventure comic and need a cover that grabs attention even at thumbnail size. The scene is set in an urban environment, and I’d like the main character in a bold, readable pose that instantly sells the story. My taste leans toward a realistic style, so clean anatomy and believable lighting are important.

I’ll supply the full premise, character sheets, logo dimensions, and any copy once we start. From you, I’m looking for three clear stages so we can lock each step before moving on:

• Rough layout / sketch to nail composition and title placement
• Colour rough that establishes palette, mood, and lighting
• Final high-resolution, print-ready file (CMYK, 300 dpi, with safe areas left for logos and credits)

Files should arrive layered (PSD or Clip Studio is fine) so small tweaks remain easy. If you use Procreate or another app, just be sure the export keeps layers intact.

The end result must stay readable when shrunk to marketplace thumbnail size, so please keep text and focal elements legible at around 150 px. Once approved, I’ll handle logo placement and barcode—but leave generous blank space for both.

If you thrive on dynamic urban action scenes and can move smoothly through these three milestones, I’m ready to collaborate right away.
