Drupal Informational Site Build

I need an informational website built on Drupal that clearly presents my organisation and its services. The site must be clean, responsive, and easy for me to update once the initial structure is in place.

Core requirements
• Drupal 10 (or latest stable) as the CMS
• Custom theme aligned with our brand colours and typography
• Fast-loading, mobile-friendly pages with accessible markup (WCAG 2.1 AA)
• SEO-ready setup: proper metadata fields, clean URL patterns, XML sitemap generation
• Simple editorial workflow so non-technical staff can add or edit content without touching code

• About Us
• Services
• Contact (with a working form that sends to a specified email address and stores submissions in the Drupal database)

Deliverables
• Fully configured Drupal instance deployed to our hosting or a staging server I can access
• Source theme files and any custom modules or configuration exports
• Brief hand-over document (or short screen-share video) explaining how to add pages, update menus, and manage the contact form

Acceptance criteria
1. All pages load in under two seconds on standard broadband according to Google PageSpeed Insights.
2. Pages render correctly on current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge, plus iOS/Android default browsers.
3. No critical or high Drupal security updates outstanding at hand-over.

Once these points are met and the walk-through is complete, the project will be considered finished.
